  • REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

    Here at White Wood Herbs we stand behind all of our products, yet by the very nature of their use and the fact that we are a small artisan business offering hand crafted & seasonal creations (of exceptional value) and often made to order, we do not offer refunds.

    If your order is damaged or incorrect in any way please contact us within 14 business days and we will pay for the mistake to be shipped or exchanged. If you do not contact us within the time given you are responsible for paying for the damaged, lost or incorrect item.

    Please note that once opened all herbal, botanical & mineral remedies, cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic and health & safety reasons. All approved exchanges can be held as credits or applied to an exchange.

    Only items that have been damaged or missing from order will be eligible for an exchange. Include copy of the Exchange Authorization emailed to you by customer service with what you would like to exchange the returned product for.

    Please allow 7-14 business days after receipt for exchange of items.

    We use Canada Post for all our shipping orders throughout Canada.

    PRODUCT ORDERS

    Most orders placed will be shipped within two business days. Most orders placed on weekends or holidays, will still be shipped within two working business days.

    TRACKING SHIPPMENT

    In most cases all orders will have a tracking number.

    Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email along with a confirmation that your order has been fulfilled and shipped. If for any reason you do not receive an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number after 3 business days from your purchase order date.

    You may contact us via email, at whitewoodcollective@gmail.com and we will ensure you receive the email confirmation. Once a package is picked up by Canada Post, White Wood Herbs releases responsibility for the shipment. If for some reason the tracking information shows that the order is not being sent to the correct location, or is invalid, please contact our customer support at whitewoodcollective@gmail.com

    We will be glad to assist by confirming the shipping details of the order. In some cases, an investigation can also be created through the carrier provider. Please ensure that the location your order is being shipped to is safe and secure.

    White Wood Herbs is not liable for any packages that are lost or stolen, once they have been successfully delivered by the carrier.

    For all Canadian product orders we ship by weight.

    Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order.

    CANADIAN SHIPMENTS

    Most of our Canadian shipments are done through Canada Post - Expedited Parcel. Depending on your Province, Territory and Postal Code the shipping time frames will vary. Expedited Parcel (comes with a tracking number and up to $100 insurance) Saskatchewan 1-2 business days Alberta, British Columbia & Manitoba 4-6 business days Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland & Prince Edward Island 5-10 business days Northern Canadian Territories ranges from 6 + business days For postal code locations that are located distant from main shipping routes and local towns, the shipping times may require more business days than the average time frames.

    *We are legally unable to declare your shipment as a gift or lower the value on customs forms. Thank you for not requesting this.

    BACKORDERS In the event that a product is on backorder and is unable to be fulfilled, it is generally removed from the order before you are charged. In the event of a circumstance that requires a backorder, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

    HOLIDAYS

    Customer service and order fulfillments are closed on main Canadian Holidays.
